General Requirements

At least 18 years of age
A net income of at least $800 per month
Employed a minimum of three (3) months (we do accept Social Security and Disability)
Reside at current address a minimum of three (3) months
Have a checking or savings account for at least three (3) months
Not currently filing for a bankruptcy case or intending to voluntarily file for bankruptcy relief

Most recent bank statement + a 30-day transaction printout (online banking customers can print this information in-store)
Two most recent pay stubs or your complete Social Security or Disability letter
A valid driver’s license or state ID
A check (or official document with routing and account number) and your debit card

General Charges
- Returned Check/Returned ACH (Electronic Debits) – $30 per item
- Late Fees (more than 5 days late) – 5% of past due amount
- Interest Rates Range: (Rates include Specials when available) – 6.73% – 30%
- APR Range: (APR Rates include Specials when available) – 175% – 521.43%
Defaulted Accounts
- Applicable fees related to Court Costs & Wage Garnishments
- Post Judgment Interest is according to the current Delaware Legal Rate, which fluctuates.
