Requirements for Installment Loans

• Must be Employed a minimum of (3) months
• Must have lived at current address a minimum of (3) months. (Must have 3 items to verify current address; if Your Bank Statement, Pay Stub & Driver’s License all match that is all you will need.)
• Must have a checking or savings account for at least (3) three months; your name and account number must be printed on the checks and the account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid Driver’s license or State ID.
• You must have a net income of at least $800 per month
• You must not currently be filing for a bankruptcy case or intending to voluntarily file for bankruptcy relief.

BRING WITH YOU:

• YOUR MOST RECENT BANK STATEMENT (for those that don't have online banking only)
• USER NAME / PASSWORD TO ACCESS YOUR ONLINE BANKING IN LEW OF BANK STATEMENT
• YOUR CHECK BOOK
• YOUR MOST RECENT PAY STUB
• YOUR VALID IDENTIFICATION
• YOUR COMPLETE SOCIAL SECURITY OR DISABILITY LETTER SHOWING INCOME

Itemization of Charges

• Returned Check / Returned ACH -   $30 per item
• Late Fees (more than 5 days late) -  5% of past due amount
• Interest rates range -  Bi-weekly and Semi Monthly 20% , Monthly 30%
• Defaulted Accounts - Applicable fees related to Court cost and Wage Garnishments
• Post Judgement Interest according to Delaware Legal Rate, which fluctuates
